7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Haptix purchases. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us directly at support@haptix.dev with your purchase email address. We'll process your refund through Stripe, our payment processor.

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support to discuss your situation.
  • Lifetime purchases: The same 7-day policy applies. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

License Deactivation

If you receive a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You can manage your license and machine activations through the Haptix macOS app Settings.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
